Jason Hanold’s experience in the professional recruiting industry began in 1995 at Deloitte. He served as the Americas Director of Leadership Recruiting at the firm before joining McKinsey & Company, where he functioned as Director of Recruiting. He next collaborated with the Whirlpool Corporation, leading Global Talent Management & Acquisition for the company before joining Russell Reynolds Associates as Managing Director, overseeing operations of the firm’s Global Human Resources Officers Practice and participating on its Board of Directors. He founded Hanold Associates in 2010.
Along with his professional involvement with Hanold Associates, Jason Hanold serves on the Board of Directors at Big City Mountaineers, a charitable nonprofit serving a variety of United States regions and providing wilderness education and mentoring for teenagers with underserved urban backgrounds. In his spare time, Mr. Hanold enjoys outdoor activities such as expedition and alpine mountain climbing. He maintains membership with the Chicago Botanic Garden, the Northwestern Alumni Association, and the Sierra Club.
